It is especially relevant that Bodegas Angel, is in the winemaking centre of Mallorca. That is the town of Santa Maria del Cami on the way to Sencelles and Santa Eugenia.
The cellar has large windows and stone walls. Most importantly this is characteristic of authentic Mallorcan buildings. Furthermore, the stone comes from the pre-plantation of the vineyard. In addition the stone was also used to build the winery. 20 hectares of vineyards surround the vineyard. As a result there is a vista view of the Serra de Tramontana on the horizon. So a most noteworthy and unique landscape surrounds the winery.
Bodegas José L. Ferrer
First of all, Jose L. Ferrer Ramonell founded Mallorcan Vineyard, Bodegas Jose Luis Ferrer in 1931 in Binissalem. Today the winery bears his name and has been passed down and also kept within the family. Currently these hands belong to the 3rd and also the 4th generation. It is most noteworthy that they make the same amount of effort. Furthermore they put the same amount of passion in as the founders. Grapes are constantly monitored and with the end product in mind, the wine is finally enjoyed by many.
Cultivation and Variety
130 hectares of land hosts carefully cultivated native grapes. In addition, the land also hosts foreign grapes. The native black grapes Mantonegro and Callet, also the local white Moll have most noteworthy characteristics and quality. These grapes provide strong personality and also add an exquisite Mediterranean bouquet to the wines. These, in perfect balance with international varieties, express a new way of understanding and drinking wine.
Bodegas Son Puig
First of all Bodegas Son Puig is a family business located in the valley of Puigpunyent. It is located in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana (UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011). Also, on the ground floor of a centenary building, showing off the islands traditional Fincas
The valley has a unique micro-climate. This is especially relevant to the grapes being harvested by hand exclusively from the vines here. The human touch and the traditional facilities make Son Puig wines unique and authentic to this region
